Working with a personal trainer can be the right fit if you are just beginning your exercise/physical activity journey and are looking for some guidance to get you started or looking to progress your current program and achieve new goals.

Do you have an injury or medical condition that you feel is limiting you from being active? At Great Lakes Kinesiology, our personal trainer is also a Registered Kinesiologist who can conduct an assessment of your movement abilities and create an exercise program that is appropriate for your injury or condition.

Athletic Training.

High performance and recreational athletes alike are welcome to book a session with our personal trainer and kinesiologist to develop a training program specific to their sport. Programming can be customized according to where the athlete is at in their season. Off season, pre-season, and in-season options can be developed to support the athlete with their strength & conditioning, flexibility, balance, and injury prevention and rehab goals!
